Ghana International Foundation, a charitable trust established by the bank, contributes to a wide range of development programs and capital projects in Africa.

The communities we serve matter to us. We believe being a good corporate citizen, and giving back where we can, is both a responsibility and an honour.

Through Ghana International Foundation, a charitable trust established by GHIB in 2000, we contribute to a wide range of development programmes and capital projects in Africa, particularly in Ghana. The Foundation aims to provide relief from conditions of need, hardship or distress, with a strong focus on health, education and poverty alleviation.

GHIB is the sole sponsor of the Foundation, which we support through annual donations from our pre-tax profits
